Can I buy them or find them any where in the world?
I bought Jason Chan Quick Sketch, I'm learning a fun amount of stuff so far!
Where can i get his brush presets?!!?!
he had a scale brush that someone named Nox made.
Also he had brush tips like "water ripples", etc.etc.!
he had an amazing selection
Thank you!

Have you asked him yet? http://www.jasonchanart.com/email.htm :)
I've messed around with Photoshop brushes enough that if I see a brush used I'll know how to recreate it because there's only a finite number of options. The tricky part is getting the right texture for your brush since those may be hard to create on your own, but the brush tips are typically pretty easy do create and all the other settings are a cinch. Ideally you should get to the point were all of your brushes are original, and you can create anything that you need.
If you can post some examples I might be able to offer some insight on how he made them.

If you are interested, I did a video tutorials series a while back that covers all of the brush settings in Photoshop and how you can use them. http://showmedo.com/videos/series?name=photoshopMoyes_brushesSeries Once you know everything that Photoshop brushes are capable of doing it's pretty easy to reverse engineer someone else's brushes.
