A watercolor i did for class. I really don't want to hate watercolor because i find that so many (well done) watercolors are appealing and i would like to do well with it. I'm considering alternate ways of application.

ha ha, thats cool, the "concept" is GREAT~
i love a picture that tells a story, or you just look at it trying to figure out whats happening
only crit would be the shading. the bench and the wrench have strong shading, but the figures dont.
(is the clay warrior trying to push the guy off the bench?)

thanks! Actually i recieved an 83% or B- on this one. It's in my Intermediate Illustration II class, things are getting considerably harder. However, i hope to redeem myself with my final project wich is a visual narrative of our choosing. So keep your eyes pealed. :)

I'm also the part time janitor at my school so i just found some paper in the garbage and decided to use it. I can only tell my professor: "well, it FELT like watercolor paper...."
Yeah, that didn't go over so well. :)

hey, i dig the muzzle on that pup. that little splash of orange/red really makes it pop. Fairly good realism too. :)
