did a little doodle for speed painting thread and decided to expand on it a little. Dont ask me what it is. hahahhha

Love the piece. You're another one of my, "man I wish I could do that" marker guys.

This reminds me in some distant way, of something straight out of an Arthur Suydam, "Cholly and Flytrap" story. I can see the pair rolling by and completely shooting up and/or leaving in ruin, the poor little caravan even now.

Btw, I love the little gesture drawings of the people. I think the guy on the back has got a beer in his hand that we can't see, the kid on the bottom just got grounded and the guy up on the front is trying out his new Lay-Z-Boy recliner.

I think I am having an art block. I havent been able to draw anything I am happy with lately. Thanks for the boost.

Ya Lono. Losing Paul was tough. I am concepting two projects at once and they deal with two totally different subject matters and styles. I think my head is going to spin off.

Not to mention everything is due immediately. AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

it seems like im in a constant state of artist block.

when im down it affects every thing i do. i cant draw i cant write music i cant skate i cant play foosball and i cant even interact with other humans successfully.

i believe it has something to do with self confidence.

Yep!!!

I am having a hard time sleeping because I have been doing so much suck art lately.

I think I need to stop coming to this forum. It crushes my confidence. Too many badasses here.

BUT I CANT GET ENOUGH OF IT!!!!!!!!!

i am with you hawkprey and lono-
at my work, the work isn't really art, even though i use "art" programs. ever since i got on this forum, i have had a hard time keeping focused on my work, driving me nuts to the point of addiction.

work sucks, :boring:
art is fun. :electric:
need more time off to work harder on my "no-money-making" stuff. :drool: :coffee: :coffee: :crosseyed :cry: :ranting: :cyberguy:

ps, kickin' drawing. i like a lot.

ya that too..

I have been so slammed with work related "art" that I havent had anytime to devote to my own stuff.

Sometimes its so hard to get enthusiastic about drawing that 20th version model sheet of character A-4.

I guess it pays the bills....... but damn!!!!! It drains my soul!
