Sarasota Artist in Need of Work

I've tried this time and time again and only got one bite, which never really worked out in the end. anyway i have been living in Sarasota for almost 2 months now and i need a job terribly! i'm doing freelance currently, but the work is sporadic and the pay is not enough (@ $12/hour it sounds good, but when i do only 5-6 hours a week...) any Ringling alumni know of some hidden place to work that pays good? any current Sarasotians know somewhere or someone who is looking? i do graphic art as well as illustration. any, i mean any help would be greatly appreciated!! thanks a bunch in advance.

You can get a good paying job at Albertsons...it pays way more than $12 /hr. plus great benefits...then you can do your art on the side.

Does Albertson's really pay that much? That's a lot for a market...

Capt.Harlock If you go to Ringling, then I'm sure you know about Career Services... Either way, you should check it out often, because there are always new freelance and fulltime jobs posted.
