Just a couple of things I notice from looking at this piece:

The clothing looks a bit like a sheet, there could be a bit more definition and maybe the way the fabric hangs could use a little help. The shadows should darken and creep up from the bottom of the robes(?), there is a lot of light on the lower portion of the elf's body.

The second thing is the background; what time are we talking here? The buildings in the background look modern, futuristic, but there is an elf with a crossbow, and it reads a little confusing.

thats a great piece, my only comment: would an "assasin" be wearing bright blue? maybe a darker color? or a cloak of some sort, just to give her the 'assasin' feel.
you are good at this sort of thing, keep it up!
