Virtual Pose 2 book/cd

Hey there,
I don't have access to a model, and I heard of this Virtual Pose book/cd rom. I was wondering what anyone thought of it. The problem is, drawing from a photo isn't like drawing from life. Why pay 30-something bucs if it's not going to be like drawing from life? Know what I mean?

I know exactly what you mean. I did have a further look at it one time before, and it just seems as if you have a 360 view around the model (unlike you have from a single photograph). If you have a series of pictures that accomplishes the same, I don't see the difference. I don't own the book, so there could be more than meets the eye.
