hallo,
i`ve been reading this forum a few weeks for now, and im new into "digital art". when i was younger i painted a bit, but its long time ago and i have to start from beginnning.
here is a sketch and my beginning to color (shading)

Hello and welcome!
One thing you'll want, in order to improve, is a plan of action or strategy. For starters, can you draw a scale from light to dark in grey tones? If you can paint a portrait in grayscale, then you can do it in color a lot easier.
I don't know where your trouble spots lie (we all have them), and as you know, there are plenty of tutorial goodies around this site for you to absorb.
Also, just saying something "looks bad" doesn't help you in the long run. Why does it look bad? Where can you improve, and where do you need it the most?

i ve read a few tutorials , and tried them, also i ve orderd
a drawing book, hope it will come soon.

another try only pencil,
can someone give me some tipps how to get more depth in the shading ?
i dont know i the shading is rigth (ligthsource)

well, to get more depth in the shading you need to know where the light is and shade in relation to that light source. remember that every shadow has a hard edge and a soft edge, the hard edge being farther from the light. but more than that, just try again. The more you draw the better you get.
