I, Robot

This started like nothing, but at the end I noticed that I was spent 8 hours on it, and maybe I will continue ilustration serial about Isaak Asimov book: I, Robot.

Nice lighting. It has a retro feel which so suits Asimov.

My only crit is check your depth of field, the robot in the background is crisper that the one in the foreground.

Other than that, its cool. Give us some more.

very very cool. now that spiz mentions it, yeah that little robot in the back is clearer. but i didn't even notice at first. very cool stuff. awesome even. the slightly blurriness gives it a hidebrant bros. feel for me. OH, and the shape of the robot reminds me of ROM from marvel comics! hah. probably the first time ROM's ever been painted. cool beans.

I must say it looks a bit 'Unfinished'. Great start though.

The humans look good. The robots need some detail or 'texture' work.
Honestly, it just looks like some shades of grey. I know your intent, maybe you could add a metal texture to it, and then add a few small scratches, and then make it have a real nice shine to it. It’s supposed to be shiny metal right? :)

But maybe not, maybe it's iron instead?

The terrain isn't that convincing either. It looks too repetitive.


But, other than that it looks great!
Excellent design to the robots!

I truly think this piece will really turn out great!
It just needs some more time in the oven, if you know what I mean?
