While looking for good bargans for tablets on ebay, I suddenly got struck with the idea of art supplies on ebay. So, I search it and boom! It was there! Tons of art supplies on ebay! And at good deals! ( I think). But, I'm just kind of afraid if I was to buy some, it would be already used or something and I couldn't get my money back. Does ebay have a reburstment policey between the seller and the bidder? And, would any of you personally recommend buying from it? Or just sticking to more "professional" sites like Dick Blick?
Thanks for reading

eBay does have a basic fraud protection. I don't work in the fraud department, but I think it only covers up to about $300 USD, maybe less. also, there is a minimum amount of probably around 20-30 USD.
Normally for things like this the seller would state in their auction whether the supplies were used or new. If not, it's a good idea to ask the seller before you make a bid.
Although, if the seller doesn't state the condition in the auction, (and you can't tell by the pictures), it would be hard to prove if the seller told you something by email. You would want to make sure you checked their feedback before you bid. If all of their past transactions have been honest and straight up, their feedback will show that.
