This might sound like a stupid question, but what size should I color in.
Bigger than the size it will have when it´s printed or the same sizeas printed?
The reason I ask is that it seems that smaller pictures seems to look better then they do when they are in full size.
Would be great for any tips.
All the best

That's because you're probably printing at a lower resolution. For each inch, there needs to be at least 300 pixels, hence 300 DPI. So say you want to print a 6 X 8, your bitmap needs to be at least 1800px X 2400px. When you start a new file, specify inches instead of pixels and set your resolution to 300.

I like to work big even if it's for studies that stay on the computer. In some cases I may want to print it. But it also gives you more room to zoom in and work on details. I usually work about 50% zoomed out.
