Webspace that allows for outside linkage?

Meaning a webspace provider that doesn't have a problem with me linking pictures from wherever-the-heck. The only other option would be to have one of those webspace providers setup a board that allows attachments, which in turn allows direct links although no '[img]' tags on boards like this one.

Anywho : Does such a thing exist? If so, where? If no, which solutions do you use?
