Pencils?

I'm looking for a specific type of pencil but can't think of the name for it. It is a petrol blue colour (a blue that looks like green) and may have a rubber on top. A lot of my old teachers swore by them? Anyone know them? Also, are blackwings still available? What pencils would you guys use most?

Sounds like a Turquoise brand pencil (formerly manufactured by Berol, now by Sanford).
