well, i figure he is a little twisted. He does run around in that costume all the time.

I think the bat silhuette needs to come out more (by fading and flattening the background a tad, or by using warm foreground and cold backround for example). Also, try using larger brushes, and don't be afraid to use the sharp ones here and there, especially near the focus points and such.
