Here the latest paper clay. Military cartoon girl. I've wrapped her in a phoenix or bird of paradise. There a lace inprint on the pants. I just wanted to know to do a more realistic sculpture what gauge of wired does anyone use with for 8 inch figure? This one I used and apoxie putty to start the skull then as I started to work the figure I found that the mid section and leg were to long. I kind of got into some scale problems. I wonder what anyone uses for references to compare hands to face. Or is more of a feel thing? I was wondering if using dental pick to model the face would get me on a better track instead of fingers and a small pin like pointer. Anyway her are some other sculpts. A Texan bull and one of my brother in sculpey.
