hey peeps. i'm now sure to go to canada for a while. i'll leave france around the end of the year, and start working at ubi soft entertainment in Montreal, in january.
a great hello to all you canadian artists, i'll be closer from you all.
a bit of nostalgia to leave france, but absolutely no regrets, as it had to be done in a way or another.
ready for some new adventures!

Hey Sparth, welcome to the Great White North! Bring your touque, as it gets pretty nippy in Montreal in winter.
As far as language goes, you may find it's not quite the 'french' you're used to.

Congrats to the job! How could your old studio cope with losing in a short time you and Bengal ;).
I´m glad for you and for your company even if this minimizes the chances of drinking a beer together in the next time :chug:

Sparth, being from France and having emigrated here let me tell you that you *will* have a bit of a cultural shock ;) Oh and um.. don't forget to bring killer boots and a good coat if you're comming in the next 6 months :D

Welcome to Canada Sparth. Hope you enjoy our country. Your first stop will probably be----- shopping for longjohns, a parka, mucklucks, wool socks, mitts, and earmuffs. And, oh yea,---- a scarf!------ Heck! Just bring your skiing gear! And if you want to be warmer, move to the West Coast. Ha, Ha. Seriously though, Montreal is a great place for an artist be. Beautiful city! Loads of culture! The best of luck to you.

Congratulations, Sparth! (I'm moving to Toronto from the UK to work for Digital Extremes in 2 weeks myself :))
I know a few guys at Ubi Montreal (though it's a pretty big office) maybe you'll work with one of them?. They all say it's a cool place to work, great atmosphere. I'm sure you'll have a great time and do some typically inspiring work there, good luck!

Wonderful move, Sparth! Montreal is a lovely city. I have many friends from there. It's about as old world as Canada gets, which is nowhere near as old world as France... but what can you do? That's why it's called the New World, I guess.
Just don't get sucked in by the seperatists or the loyalists. Stay neutral if you know what's good for you! If you're not sure what I mean, you'll *definitely* find out when you get here ;)
