I though it would just be funny if he was a giant eternal donut that let you eat whatever you wanted off him and he just replenished himself, I went a little over the time limit, this was two hours.

Did you ever see that Simpson's episode where Homer goes to Hell and his supposed punishment is to have to eat all the donuts in the world?

Well, this picture sorta reminded me of that.

I like the colors...the pink against the dark purple/blue. Plus, it's a happy donut who looks so inviting. And those cherries? definitely marketable...

No pun intended, i just imagined this guy filled with boundless energy, flailing his arms to inspire happiness in his followers.
The dog=god thing didn´t occur to me until I was well into the painting.

I think Ayato was just trying to portray the ultimate joy one feels as a kid when school is finally over. I dont think the god/godess is an actual person like his mother or girl.
