i third the rock chick, very hot (though she's missing a few tuning keys).

the piece with the dwarves and goblins - whilst gorgeous - has a few things wrong with it. mainly, the skin tones used in the dwarves is exactly the same as the goblins, but general rule of thumb when it comes to traditional fantasy is that goblins are green, or at least have a green tinge. a lack of a consistant and main lightsource is flattening the image too - every figure has the same amount of highlights and shadows, at the same intensity. lastly, there are many tangents being made. i highlighted a few just to point out the glaring ones (hope you dont mind).

That last one is very cool!
the one before has some issues with the legs... she doesnt look grounded to me.
