i am really digging this style,
the small spikes on his right shoulder are a good touch as well as the dot between his eyes. - i'm interested in the background character, on the top right, just thought he looked very exotic.

Actually I think he's 100% flesh and bone now.

I'm liking the style too for the most part but the right forearm and his left shoulder plate look a little muddy.

I love what you've done with this comic character. He's more real the way you drew him, not the unproportional skinny legged freak from the comics. The background adds a nice hint of a scene and helps the compisition a lot. The contrast and details on his arms/body really look good against the midtones. His eye really glows! awesome stuff.
