Yeah, so I'm looking for a school/college/institute/whatever (preferrably in CA, but maybe elsewhere if its a good school and a good area). Not really into illustration or animation as much as graphic design, but traditional drawing and painting would be nice to take too. I've visited CalPoly and Brooks institute, but they don't seem to have very big programs in graphics. Where else would you reccomend?
I'm also kinda considering Ringling. I don't really want to go to Florida though, no snowboarding, really humid. And is there a music scene anywhere near? How would you describe the city/towns around Ringling? And is their graphic design program good enough for it to be worth it to go there?
I'm open to suggestions for wherever, I just don't want a loser city with nothing to do and/or a school w/ only 1000 people in it.
