photoshop hotkeys problem

ok, so when i'm in photoshop, i use hotkeys all the time. (in this scenario, shift, and alt for their respective opacity and flow options)
When painting, sometimes these two buttons will switch themselves, i.e.
Shift+0 = 100 opacity -somehow becomes- =100 flow
and vice versa with the alt key.

what can i do to stop this????
I tried to google it to no avail.

Try not using the SHIFT or ALT keys when changing normal opacity... in my case, just pressing "0" would make the opacity 100 (without the Shift or Alt). In my comp, Adding shift makes it change the flow settings. I usually reserve while painting to use ALT as the color picker, and not much else.
