This was done for the Okami contest on dA. I haven't played the game, and I have no money, so winning a free copy would be nice :)

Unfortunately I was rushed, and I think it shows, especially on her clothing...

Hey- lotta nice stuff going on here. I understand that there's some stylistic things going on here but a few points: the neck in the 1st pic is a little weird, like the muscle (sternomastiod) isn't connecting at the right place, or for some reason melding into the throat. The second one has a really wide jaw and super super sharp cheeck bones. Now, maybe that's in the ref but I think you should take some license and tone them down to improve the look of the girl.
