Which is the better Bridgman?

I would personally go for "Bridgman's Complete Guide to Drawing From Life"
It's a pretty big book, and it has (I think) all the drawings that are in the smaller books (such as Bridgeman's Life Drawing and Constructive anatomy).

I think life drawing is the better one to start off with, since it gives you an overview of what to look for in drawings and models when you draw from them.
