It seemed pretty redundant to vote for Corrick. It is apparent to all that Corrick's nebula kick some serious @$$!
I harboured one quibble though regarding the technology by which Corrick's ship 'sails' through space, since it appears to have big thrusters on the aft end.
But all nit-picking aside it is a stunning work.
:yayca: I voted instead for rayk - I love the mysterious feel of this pic. The ships do have 'sails' even though they seem to be powered rockets.
Honourable Mention to kenjitsu - It was a hard decision for me whether it'd be yours or rayk's. I think part of my choice was based purely on scale. I would have loved to have seen your pic at least 25% larger, though that would have just made my vote harder to make. I wonder about your propulsion device. It is clearly a sail-based technology but it reminds me of trying to lift yourself up by you own collar. Your colours are beautiful and I always love your 'painterly' style.
 Great stuff everyone - see you next EOW!

I think I was a bit too literal in my interpretation of a schooner. You've all given me some inspiration to be more inventive next time.
ditto on lucky munkey's comments...
