figures drawing

i'm trying to relearn to draw the figure because i realized i had no concept of proportion or how to draw the figure realistically. i went back and started at the beginning with the 8 heads and then using cones for body parts, etc., and here are some drawings i've made since doing that. can you tell me if there's something i'm continually doing wrong (i think i make the heads too big a lot) and how i could improve? i'll post more when i get them on the computer.
