Seamless paper tiles in Painter 8?

Forgive my ignorance, but after reformatting I've switched from 7 to 8, and I'd like to make some of my own papers. Can someone point me to a tutorial for making seamless tiles for paper?

Here's a tutorial for creating seamless patterns, which you may be able to adopt for making seamless paper textures. (See also the Painter manual or on-line help);

If you want to blend the distinction between tile borders, move the Crossfade slider in the Save Paper dialog box to the right.
