The swirling gray gives me the impression that the entire world is cloaked except for the figure and the car. The nearest portion of the sidewalk has great texture (same with the second building), and I think you should move more along those lines.
Also, if you must use gray for everything, try different temperatures or values or something.
Nice saw btw.

Also, the guy's anatomy is a wrong in places, especially his left leg.

UPDATE
I´m continuing to wrestle with the lighting
Thanx for comments :D
Roeguard - the gray is just a base, Ive tried to go for some more texture. I also added extra sidewalk. yes, Im happy with tha SAW, lineart always been my strong side - thats why I go for lighting now. :)
Cadence - I were aware of the weird legs and I hope that is fixed now, along with weird angeled foot.
Ehhh, the anatomy is wrong - cause its a girl!!! ;)
Also I would appreciate suggestions of stuff to add for an abandoned city? Maybe some old streetsigns?

Looks good. I think the head looks a bit too big, extending too far up. The textures for the scenery are really looking nice.

her legs look to be too short to be on her. you might want to extend them some more to try to counter-act that. as for the buildings ... since everthing else is developing that destroyed sort of post apaocolyptic effect ... the buildings are a little ... too solid and stable. i see post apocolyptic in 3 ways ... 1. total mayhem, cyber netic cults everywhere ... devistation and addiction to the extreme. 2. nature sort of twisted and taking over what man created and man himself brought back to the caveman stage of developement -> bronze age era with slight tech remaining. and 3. an uber tech sophisticated culture secluded from the #1 senario by some means (sealed interconnected buildings, floating sky castles, ect.) with all the "barbaric" people trying to survive the next local warlord upstart in the shambles of the remains around them.
if i were to work on this, i would try to work on those buildings a little more ... and the road area ... again ... looks like it needs to be more demolished. hope this helps
