Laptop question- Will an intuous 6x8 work on a widescreen laptop?

I am looking at laptops at the moment and most seem to be widescreen. I was wondering if the my intuous 3 6x8'' tablet will work fine with a widescreen laptop?

Yeah, you can set up the Wacom driver to force the proportions of the screen to the tablet. You lose sensitivity on a strip along the bottom, but it's no big deal.

even if you dont do that force proportions thing, its fine. You get used to it really quick.
