I especially like the espresso machine at the top. ;)
I've found, as I careen through my career as a professional illustrator, there exist artistic "rules" specific to each medium and for an artist to become master of a medium they need only to learn it's rules. I liken it to learning a new language. The more languages you know the easier it is to learn new ones as there are rules of grammar that seem to be pervasive across broad swaths of dialects and tongues, and yet each has it's own set of grammatical profundities making every language unique unto itself.
Marker is one artistic language I've always yearned to learn, but have never been able to master. In my countless floundering hours I've only learned two hard facts. There's no such thing as "indelible" and I've got the utmost respect for those of you that can do this stuff with a seemingly sublime ease.
You make me jealous. Keep at it.

Dude, your robots rock like always. I like the cop car too; it reminds me of an RPG I used to play called Shadowrun, but I'm not sure why.
Hey, one question though (if it's alright): What do you use to make your white highlights and white outlines? It looks like a gelli roll or something. I've been looking for something like that for a while now, but all the white gelly roll-type pens or white out pens I've come across have been kinda goopy and give inconsistent lines.
Cool stuff! Thanks for sharing! :)

thanks for the feedback guys. i really need to do more drawing...
tedsuo - the only ballpoint paint pen i like out of all of the ones i've tried is Pentel's Milky Gel Roller. they're the most common as well, you can find them in office supply stores...and art stores of course. they work best on a paper with some amount of tooth, like sketchbook or canson paper, but use on vellum and marker paper isn't as good...the line tends to break up more. unless you're really heavy handed...

oh yeah, i just drink cheap old coffee...no fancy triple cappichino mega latte choco blast froth stuff for me!

yo existo...
checked out those pics and as usual....they smack of a triple shot of espresso!
ya know...you should water...er..coffee mark your images with the ring left by a cup as you absent-mindedly place your cup down on your art to light up another smoke.
; )
just like imp head (who i think just slams it home with the skillz) stated about marker rendering - you're good, my man! thanks for showing me some of your talent before you left seattle....!
keep in touch, hoss!
