Need Recommandations

Hi i'm an newbie with 3D studio max, not really good with talking so have to get straight with the point XD.

was wondering if the vets here could give me any recommandations on a good book on using the program.

I can't think of a great book off the top of my head. If you're completely new to the program, you'll probably want to pick up the 3DS Max Fundamentals book, obviously one pertaining to whichever version you're using. They're usually easy to spot, being that they're freaking HUGE. They seem boring, but if you go through and do the tutorials, you'll learn that program really fast. A good place to ask this question is also CGtalk.com (http://www.cgtalk.com), seeing as how there are alot more 3D CG artists lurking there, than there are here. Good luck.
