Here is the first in a series of paintings I am working on. Created in Photoshop with a limited color pallette derived from Degas paintings, it is meant to be Neo-baroque, classical style. Created for the monthly challenge on The Workshop, it won the March "Catacombs" challenge.

I really like it! ^.^
But the face of the woman looks a little to round for me.

Hey Christian. You have a nice piece here. Nice comp while retaining naturalistic poses. Something bothers me about the relationship between her face and her head. Other than that there are a couple of edges that could be softened like what i suppose is part of her leg resting on the slab. The guys head is really nicely handled. Hope to hear more from you.
