Haha what a shocking comic. I like how what is important is in each frame and images that are not needed, are just faded out. I wonder if colour would improve it or not, but its pretty damn nice right now.

Thanks for the replies. Charles Bragg eh? I'm not familiar with him but I'll have to check him out. If I had a shot here with the little guy from the front I would have drawn a penis on him. Not a 6 foot one or anything, more of a Dragon Ball style kid pecker :D .
I'm gonna do another one of these, so I might go ahead and color it, we'll see.

Yeah, I'm glad I went to art school. Looking back I really did learn a lot. But it's really up to you, how much you get out of it, you can't rely on teachers to do it, cuz they won't. Plus it was a lot of fun. Some of my friends have jobs, but some don't... including me!
Here's another dumb comic. This time Lil Beano earns the respect of some woodland creatures.

hmm that last one is a little harder to follow... I would imagine he actually Left a "Log" but it's hard to understand.

If that's what acutally happened (if it's not then I don't get it) In panel 3 I would suggest that he be turned around at the end of the log and looking over his shoulder (if you get my vague discription) like he just... well you know... crapped out a log.

My father was huge into crumb stuff, he'd probably love this little character.

Haha these are great. Pottyish humour, I like them kept simple as line art. Nice man.

Yeah, this one isn't as clear as the others. Actually, he's supposed to have left something behind the log, not the log itself. My reason for this was because I wanted the crap to be "amazing" but without showing it, just it's glow. I think maybe if I show him in the first frame sitting on the log, it would make more sense. I don't like the first frame anyway. Maybe I'll shade this one too.

I'm gonna have a booth with a couple of guys at the Super Market comic convention at UCLA on November 7-9th. I'm gonna make Lil Beano into mini comic book and sell if for...
