I like it! Your painting technique fits very well with the drawings. If I have a complaint about anything, the colors *might* be a little chalky. Maybe try some more pure hues just to push them a little.

Great drawings, methinks. Lots of character about them. My only real crit is that the contrast between figure and ground on the first one is bugging me. Maybe slap him on a colour that's just a little darker?
