Who would I contect to help me design...

Who could help me with designing my new restaurant in terms of layout look and feel, theme of the restaurant itself? I need a look, feel, of that of sucessful franchises such as Subway, McDonalds, BurgerKing, TacoBell. Would I need to contract an arcitect or could I get some drawings done by an artist? I need them to do full color pictures of what it would actually look like in the store, the booths, the lamps, floor tiles, the whole layout.

The job description you're looking for is interior designer (not to be confused with interior decorator). Some graphic designers who specialize in corporate identity work also cover this kind of thing.

Is there a specialized job title for this thing? For business only, I mean interior designers do homes too dont they? I would need an expert in my field.
