Landmate was nice enough to let me color one of his drawings (http://www.doublemoonproductions.com/dark_faerie_new2.jpg) . I'm absolutely in love with the original drawing, but unfortunately I lost a lot of the character when I colored it. So here it is:

I like this very much and I don't think you've lost anything of Landstalker's style that wasn't augmented by yours. The colors are great and the lighting on her chest is excellent. The moon is a manipulated photo, right? It feels ok with the fairy, but I think a painted moon or a lower contrast photo might be better.

the left boob is messed up. I think it looks better on landmates drawing. I like the face in landmate better too.

great work guys... but what happened to the tats? some are missiong. Bloodstone, some of the lighting is a bit off. For example, the lighting on HER left hand is different from that of her arm... not drastically, but its noticeable. Also, I'm not a big fan of the noise, but I guess that's more of a preference.

Oh, the eyes in both the lineart and the colored art are really neato :)

this is really nice. love the color of the figure. I wish the background were more a part of the "whole" it seems seperate and different somehow.

now that i look at it more, my only crit is the the glow on the moon is too heavy.

and i think the background not being a part of it really isnt an issue, since it is basically, a pinup.
