I'm really digging the last three faces....as for the girl in the water with the dolphin....are her legs supposed to be atrophied?...just kidding but you might wanna look at some references for her legs..other than that...keep posting and try to focus on individual aspects of "art"...ie: perspective, anatomy, color, proportions, composition...etc. etc...

dolpins are the best part of that image - I don't actually see her legs; so I might as well assume she's human. Also, her neck looks broken and her jaw a little dislocated. - try to have them line up with her spine (including how far it's turned). human's can't deviate THAT much from their backbones.
The sea mammals are great though! (thanks for stopping by my sb)

I'm no anatomy/siren guru but I just pointed some things out that I see could use some improvement...it only took a couple of minutes with a mouse so excuse the sloppiness!...

Nice stuff think the line work in some of the pieces can be a bit caotic. Try thinner lines in some of your peices.
Keep it up!

you have a good sense for colour. I like "red melt.jpg" in post #4! but I think you should do some figure studies and anatomy stuff. ;) keep working on that, you will surely improve!
oh, and I like the way you are sketching. nice style, a good mix of loose and strong lines!
you should keep that too! ;)
one last thing: thanks for stopping by my sb!! :D

Thanks for the advice
I do a lot of drawing from real objects, most that I do spend hours on. I also have no problem with the outcome of my art looks like, I'm young. I know I'm not going to be a master yet.
AND no, I will certainly be posting in the lounge for as long as I please :D

do not come in my sketchbook and post rude comments about me posting in the lounge
thanks ;)
Wow, I'm sorry but are you that ignorant?
Andrew has taken the time to write some great critiques on your work and that's all you have to say to him?

Hunter I am guessing it concerns something that has been edited out.
But indeed, listen to TFK - You just got a bunch of really nice pointers :)

Uhm, if he is going to be rude to me then I'm not going to be sugar cake in his own sketchbook.
And yes, he is giving me good advice and I accept that.
You can still be self crtitcal and be ok with what you are making. If I just hated everything I made and said "omgz I suck" then I wouldnt even want to do art anymore.

The variety of textures in the first one is really impressive.
That's really cool.
I'm trying to figure out how to draw the texture of felt. It's a pain.
