Lovely work! I like the color choices and the pose.
The anatomy needs a bit of work, though, especially the neck area. The shading looks a little rushed and it doesn't appear that you have a clear light source. Some studying of light and dark will help.
Also, the background looks kinda copy-paste... like it doesn't belong there. Try keeping the background in the same style as the rest of the drawing.

I'd love to see some traditionally drawn pieces as well! Keep drawing. ^^

I agree with Monkey Dominator, The anatomy could defiently use some work and the background as well, But I'm sure if you could pull those off you would shine! Keep updating.
