hey, good to see you're starting a sb, i'm big fan of your blog so i saw most of these but hell yeah it's good to see them again, and of course anything new from you.
My favourites are your sketchbook pages, and the accents in the heads, that's make them really pop out. http://www.codymiles.com/blog/cpix/d/1774-1/renderpage.jpg
Anyways, hope to see more from you in here.
Cheers man.

You are one bad ass motherfucker.... i love the girls expression in the first image. Like :shit, wtf are you looking at. and the other dude getting his face torn off. I just did a pile of mush. Laughs a little bit, laughs some more, My faccceeeeee. haha.
The fat zombie chick is awesome in pencil. In the digital i think you lost some of the freshness that pencil was holding.

thanks everyone!
seth1 - yea it's a struggle to render something and keep the same feeling from a sketch... I felt the same way about that one.
here's some recent head paintings that weren't total disasters (i think)... 3 hours a piece from life in oil and tears

Wasn't very familiar with your work before, but these few pieces really showed what I was missing. The life paintings are excellent, the arrangement of the shadow and their depiction really add to them. Very nice gestures and expressions with those zombie drawings. Gotta subscribe to this!
