Gotta love the texture of those arms! Lovely slabs of paint :D
I like the transition of flesh to skull aswell, that's nicely handled. although I fell the shoulders do need more.

those arms are excellent, but i'd suggest showing a little more transition from where the smooth clean back turns into those arms, like give the lower halves of the shoulder blades some folds or something.
