Art Show

For the second year in a row, a new hotel means a new venue for the BayCon Art Show. We look forward to this year's show and hope it will be one of our best.

Hours
Fri 2pm-6pm
Sat 10am-7pm
Sun 10am-8pm
Mon auction 1PM (Not 1:30pm)
(basically, same as last year)

The move to a new hotel does NOT mean that we’ve raised our rates. That's right, it's still only $17.50 for each 4'x4' panel space or 3'x4' table space. We’re now accepting reservations for display spaces. For more information, please see the Art Show Rules. If you have urgent questions, please e-mail us at artshow(at)baycon.org.

Artists' Alley

In keeping with the freewheeling & frenetic style engendered by a life of piracy, BayCon 2008 will feature the triumphant return of the Artists' Alley. Seize the opportunity to create unique works of art in front of thousands of onlookers! A place in the Alley can be yours for only $20!

The Artists' Alley is a place for artists to create and sell their work while interacting with convention attendees. It is open to all artists, however you must actively work on your art at the alley tables (these are not dealer's tables). If producing your art is "messy," this is probably not for you.

A space in the 2008 Artists' Alley will consist of half a table for an approximate area of 4' X 2.5'. The tables will not have access to electrical power. All denizens of the alley must have an attending membership to BayCon 2008. For more information, please email artshow(at)baycon.org.
