i think there's too much hair, its puffing out to the sides too much for the angle of the head and the shoulders are a little too broad hope that helps

Good character.

Facial structure is a bit off. The nose is too long compared to the forehead and the space between the tip of the nose and the chin. It also crooks to the left (our left), compared to teh center line of the face suggested by the eyes. Here is a real dirty fix, I just moved and rotated the nose and mouth to give an idea what I mean, it needs more work, especially on the chin and nose.

Also IMHO, the (our) right arm is a bit flat, and the left breast is a little strange too.
