howdy yall! this is a pic i did tonite of ed gein. it's a photo ref used painter 8, wacom and stuck strictly to the gouache brush. havin fun with that one. look up ed gein sometime if you don't know who he is, he's pretty much the grandaddy of sicko farmland crime. lotta movies based on his story.

ed got busted for making jewelry....out of PEOPLE!!:eek:

althogh i do enjoy the painting very much, i despise the subject matter.

I'm not totally in for psycho serial killers either however I like the texture and brush strokes used on this work. It is high contrast, which is something I have trouble doing myself so props to you for executing high contrast so well.
