Great mood and nice panel by panel motion. Could use a bit upping in the contrast, but colouring and inking would probably do that.

I think the kid wouldn't be so scared. Kids doesn't know about all these "scarry things". I think.

nice story boards, but i think the top one needs to be darker, more contrast between good and evil, the kid and that guy, i don't know if color is neccesary, but it does look good.
