Photoshop?

I was just wondering which photoshop everyone paints on. Because I want to buy it but there is about 4 different ones?

I'm still using Photoshop 7 actually. In a choice between updating Photoshop or buying camera lenses, I chose lenses.

I think you can still get their older versions from Amazon and such but the newest product in the family is CS3, so if you're buying straight from Adobe, that's your option.

There really isn't a reason to get anything but the newest either, unless your budget is saying otherwise.

Really though Photoshop 7 is the "don't go below this" line, just so you're not getting that far out of reach. Above it are CS/CS2/CS3. CS3 offers a new interface and some really cool new features so, like I said, there really aren't many reasons why you should get anything but it.
