Friends Blocked IP

Hi,

A friend of mine who is a regular user Tom Garden hasn't been able to get on to CA forums for about a week now. He seems to think his IP may be blocked so if you could PM me and let me know what to do next that'd be cool, im kinda acting as the go between here :P

If he gets a Server not found message it could be because of Cogent, an American Internet Service Provider (ISP). Thursday 13 march 23:00, they closed the connections between TeliaSonera International Carrier (TSCIC). They might have closed the connections to other Internet Providers too.

My connection worked fine at my job I thought I had gotten banned too by no apparent reason, but it was Cogent kicking me in the groin. Anyway as I could log in here at my job I got the suggestion to use http://unblocked.org to access CA.org from home and it worked.
