Mutant concept WIP

hey all!

I've been looking at silent hill 3 and resident evil stuff a lot lately,
so i've decided to make my own mutant. he'll be pretty low poly, low res texture, just a fun quick project.

so i sketched up a little concept and spent a few hours laying in some color just to get a better idea.
aside from sketching rough ideas and stuff, i haven't put a whole lot into actually coloring and finishing pieces, so keep in mind i'm extremely n00b to the full concept thing.

Keep working on this because its a very good start. I think my main crit is that his right upper-arm looks too thin to support the heavy mutated forearm. Either make it thicker (more muscle) or make it as mutated as the rest of the arm. Apart from that the picture looks good. Remember to add a lost of gore because at the moment he looks a bit clean to be a mutant. :D
