Lecture Doodle

Really can't stand regurgitation classes (aka memorize 300 pieces of info only to be tested on 20 bits of information, and then forget it all 5 min after the quiz / test / exam), so like any bored student, I doodle during the lectures.

Tonight's doodle; a bathing elf. This piece isn't the first time I tried this subject matter, it's my basis for practicing female anatomy.

The soft lines are the result of a cheesy Photoshop technique to get an ethereal feel, not to mask mistakes.

So, any and all crits welcome on female anatomy and anything else you all can think of. Thanks.

oh yes, listening to lectures is a primo time to get some work in on the sketchbook. get a seat where the prof can't see your notebook and away you go!

the photoshop cheesing isn't bad; and i think overall the anatomy is looking good. only trouble spot that i can see is the line that defines the top of her right forearm looks a little misshapen. nothing too egregious, just isn't up to par with how well defined the other forearm is. nice work.
