How sweet the love of innocence ;)
Besides the cheesy stuff, I really like this. The face is very well proportioned and the hair looks amazing. The eyes have so much feeling in them, and really make the art come together. I really like this piece a lot.
Just some small things that may be right or wrong. The mouth just seems a little odd to me, I can't place whats wrong though.
Also the highlight on the nose seems a little too harsh compared to the rest of the picture. Maybe you want to put one of those glowing orb things there, to amke it seem like that's whats giving the harsh light off.
The eyebrows also appear to be raised, as if she was looking at something curiously. But there are no lines on the forhead. Even super models have texture on their forehead.
The glare on the eyes seems to be a little odd too, like the eyeballs are not glazed, or soft. Maybe it's just me.
Man, this may sound harsh, but I do really love this piece. Also its really inspiring ;)

I assume you want the center of interest to be the eyes, but at the moment the mouth is drawing too much attention. Playing down the light over her lip will help. The anatomy under her mouth seems a little overrendered, too, and her chin looks like it might be a litle small.
You might want to soften her eyebrows a little and warm them up so the color is more in keeping with her hair.

You can draw all my eyes in the future, if u want, hehe !?
Really well rendered, and you manage to give the a wet shiny look without making them look silly. Great work!!!

Beautiful rendering, man. What I spot that seems a little odd is that her upper lip doesn't look finished. The seems to be a slab of color that you laid down and forgot to get back to it. I think the lower lip is rendered beautifully, actually.

it's tough to crit since this is your gf:D so in terms of the painting..i think her face seems twisted. the nose and mouth seem to be a little too far to the viewers left as compared to the eyes, they seem a little uncentered, i think alot of that comes from the bridge of the nose as compared to the eyes. i love the little lights and they way you've made them highlight her hair

This looks really nice. The anatomy feels very natural. It doesn't look like you exaggerated anything which is a real compliment to your gf. I would soften up the area around the muzzle, possibly take some of the sharpness out of the features of her nose, and also around the smile lines and upper lip. Also I would use the smudge tool on her hair. The lighting looks good, but the texture makes it look coarse.
You may want to add a bit of an orange rim light to pick up the background.
Great job man. I'm sure she'll love it.
