I have been doing a lot of pencil concepts lately so I really wanted to create a piece that reflected the work I do for Ensemble.

i like this one best of the six interpretations...it's a cool warrior and a beautiful woman...what more can you want:D

p.s.:found something to critique a bit on:her hair looks a bit stiff.but what the hell...the rest is dope:D
p.p.s.:you should maybe warn about the nudity contained.

Then again that arm doesn't exactly look sanitary either.

I like here organic armour. Very nice pencil drawing as well. So is this the type of stuff you do every day at ensemble? Sounds neat! :)

Damn man this is kickass. That's one cool arm and the pose has such attitude. Why can't she put on a shirt though? She spend to much on the sword? Heh just kidding, I think it looks great. Well rendered armour/metal too man this is so cool.

Heh, the thought was that with a mutated arm like that it would be too difficult to put on a shirt, so I went with pasties instead. Think of them like Wonder Woman’s bracelets. They don't make a lot of sense but work really well as protection. :)

wow really cool design, impressive rendering! and i can say honestly that from all the ronins in that page, yours is the best one. i just love the feudal japan theme, i need to find time to make some work based on that one day.

thats an awesome concept bobo! i love the anatomy in the mutation and how it attached to the collar.

don't you think the pasties leave her kind of vulnerable? maybe some armored pasties that cover more....

What I was wanting to say is this rules the school.

Reminds me of Legend of the Five Rings and the tainted samurai of the Crab Clan fighting the neverending hordes of the Shadow Lands. Or perhaps she is a fallen warrior under the Shadow Lands control.

That is the coolest drawing I've seen in a LONG time. I love the tatas, no matter what anyone else thinks, and the armor, the proportions are really cool, everything. This should be a playable character in Onimusha.
