First criticism, red font + brown background = annoying and hard on the eyes.
Your drawing style and eye for contour are a great foundation to build on. There are a lot of elements missing from your drawings that will come with time and practice. The most important of which is just general gesture and structure. Getting this down is the most important step for you to take from here.
I've drawn all over your last drawing there to show you a bit of what I mean. Let me know if you need further explanation than the notes on the drawing.
Also, that top note is supposed to say "balance is a little OFF" not "of". And the drawing to the right is a simple framework for accomplishing a similar pose. It's an approach most artists I know would start off with.

All of the following I posted to hm2k in his sketchbook regarding the same issues a little while ago.
Now I know that most of your drawing as it appears here is out of your head. So what I am suggesting is that you don't just jump in with what I would call a final contour line drawing. Lightly sketch your idea first, defining where all of the depth and volume will come from, giving you a platform to create a very finished and refined look in the end. I have attached an example of how I work out a pose with an initial gesture. The same could apply to any drawing of any object or idea.

I saw someone post them to another fellow on here who needed a bit of a rundown of good illustration techniques.
