I know of art for sight, hearing, and taste, but what about touch and smell? Has anyone tried to make art that appeals to those senses?

well touch... I went to an art exhibition today where one artwork (a cool wax sculpture) was supposed to be touched and felt.

Also on an arty farty modern art exhibition there was this huge vagina you stuck your hand and inside the vagina there was a fetus you felt and touched but couldn't see... creepy :)

Did the feeling add anything to the meaning?
